We have just updated our "Handle legal concerns" section. This is very important, if you have a legal concern, get a lawyer. Sure there are a lot of lawyer's jokes out there, but it is the only way to make that everything is ok. If your lawyer speaks your language, even better, he can act as your personal translator for a lot of complicated paperwork or as your cultural translator in a lot of negotiating oportunities. You and your business will be better of and make it worthy. On the bright side, Spanish lawyers are way cheaper than U.S. or U.K. lawyers.
